The development will consist of: (i) construction of a five-storey, over-basement level residential development comprising 2 no. residential units (1 no. three-bed unit at basement, ground and first floor levels (Unit No. 1) and 1 no. four-bed unit at second, third and fourth floor levels (Unit No. 2)) with a set-back at fourth floor level.
