For the construction of a two storey type dwelling house to replace current derelict house on site, change of use of existing dwelling house to shed, temporary placement of mobile home on site for the duration of the build, new entrance, boundary walls, piers and fencing, decommissioning of existing septic tank, proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and all ancillary site works
