The works will also include the detachment of the existing waste treatment system currently also serving a second dwelling known as the Gate Lodge and the provision of a new separate waste treatment and percolation system to serve this dwelling and new soakaways for all surface water drainage. 3) Cloghogue House – Various alterations to an existing two storey detached dwelling including the provision of a single storey painted timber pergola structure (part slate covered) and a single storey store extension to the rear (north) elevation, a new painted timer terrace door to the side (west) elevation to replace an existing up and down sash window, the opening up of the side entrance porch by removing the blocked up ope on the side (west) elevation and the entrance door on the side (east) elevation. Externally, the works will comprise the reinstatement of the original crushed sand area around the house and the reconstruction of the original low granite enclosing garden wall. The works will also include the replacement of the existing waste treatment installation and percolation area with a new upgraded system and new soakaways for all surface water drainage
