Permission is sought. The development will consist of: Minor alterations to previously approved development under Reg. Ref. D18A/0799 and ABP Ref. ABP-302926-18, which provided for the demolition of the existing two-storey dwelling (350sq.m) and ancillary garage (28sq.m) and the construction of a part-three to part-five storey apartment development, comprising 26 no. residential units (8 no. 1-bedroom units and 18 no. 2-bedroom units), together with all ancillary works including the provision of car parking, bicycle parking and an amended entrance arrangement. The minor alterations proposed consist of the following: (i) an increase in the floor of a 2-bedroom apartment (Apartment No. 04-03) at 4th floor level (located on the south-western portion of the 4th floor level) by 11sq.m resulting in a 2-bedroom apartment of 109sq.m, a reduction in the size of external terrace area serving this unit from 53sq.m to 41sq.m and the addition of a privacy screen to the southern extent of this external terrace; and (ii) all associated works necessary to facilitate the development. This application comprises a revised application site area of 0.28hectares (reduced from 0.29hectares under Reg. Ref. D18A/0799 and ABP Ref. ABP-302926-18. There are no amendments proposed to the unit numbers, unit mix or overall building height as part of this application.
