There are several protected structures within the Grangegorman SDZ. The location of the proposed development comprises a site of c.1.52ha at the 'Top House or North House', a protected structure (RPS No. 3282) that will be incorporated into the Academic Hub development permitted under DCC Reg. Ref. GSDZ2346/19 (as amended by DCC Reg. Ref. GSDZ4193/19).
