Towerbright Ltd intends to apply for permission. The proposed development will consist of: a) Demolition of the existing flat roof, mono-pitched, double pitched, and triple-pitched roofs to western boundary of the site; b) Development of an additional 215 sqm of first floor area for storage use providing a total of 443 sqm first floor area; c) Increase in height of existing 2 no. storey part of building from 9.58 metres to 9.79 metres to accommodate a proposed second floor measuring 289.6 sqm linking to the existing second floor to provide a total of 499.6 sqm of second floor area; d) Development of new shallow pitched roofs at different levels and a new flat roof over central stairwell; e) And all associated internal and external site demolition and development works including the development of 2 no. new internal stairwells.
