Permission for a strategic housing development consisting of: The construction of a 7-9 storey apartment building with 107no. units (comprising 1no. studio apartment, 50no. 1 bed apartment units and 56no. 2 bed apartment units) and ancillary accommodation totalling 9792sqm gross floor area over an existing podium structure (2.2 to 2.5 metres above pavement level) completed as part of the overall Town Centre development (Reg.
