Oak View Property Developments Limited, intend to apply for Retention Permission for development within the grounds of Thornhill Oaks, Cherrygarth, Mount Merrion, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The development consists of the Retention of an external flight, (2.2 metres wide), of stone steps, (consisting of 10 no. x ambulant steps), providing pedestrian access, located at the southern gable of the existing Apartment block. Retention is also sought of a second flight (1.8 metres wide) of external stone steps, which also provides pedestrian access to Thornhill Oaks. This flight (consisting of a total of 6 no. x ambulant steps) is located west of the existing car ramp entrance to the Apartment block.
