Second and third floors: The proposed two storey toilet extension at no. 55 Heytesbury Street, previously approved as part of planning permission ref: 2006/19, is to be moved to the east and new rainwater downpipe is proposed at the west side of the bathroom extension adjacent to the boundary with no. 4 South Circular Road. Permission for development at this site which forms part of the permitted Charlemont Square development permitted under DCC Reg. Ref. 3742/10 (ABP Reg. Planning permission is sought to carry out a development at "Rathmines House", 143-149 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6 to involve a change of use from office use to Co-Living Shared Accommodation use and to construct an additional 3 setback floors to be part of the overall shared accommodation development so as to create a 7 storey building with roof top plant.
