Cairn Homes Properties Limited intend to apply to An Bord Pleanála for planning permission for a strategic housing development at former the Blakes and Esmonde Motors sites, Lower Kilmacud Road, the Stillorgan Road (N11) and The Hill, Stillorgan Co. Dublin. The site is located to the south east of Stillorgan Village Centre, to the west of the N11, and to the north and north east of The Hill.
