Retention of change of use to childcare use. The development that it is proposed to retain consists of a change of use of the Grey Barn from educational use to childcare use, from Monday to Friday during the months of September to June inclusive. The established and permitted educational use of the building as permitted under D10A/0390 will continue at the weekends from September to June and during the months of July and august.
