This amendment application is being made in accordance with the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) and relates to Phase 3 of development within the Tandy's Lane Village Development Area of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. The proposed development will principally consist of: an increase in apartment units and change in unit mix from the permitted 103 No. units (4 No. studios, 47 No. 1-bed units, and 52 No. 2-bed units) to 107 No. units (9 No. studios, 37 No. 1-bed units, and 61 No. 2-bed units); the amalgamation of 2 No. permitted retail units (c. 302 sq m and c. 72.8 sq m) to form a larger unit (c. 367.4 sq m); in addition to the provision of a retail bin store (15.6 sq m).
