The development will consist of: (i) Construction of a residential development comprising a total of 8 no. units as follows: 4 no. three-storey, five- bedroom semi-detached dwellings (Unit Nos. 1 -4) with associated private gardens to the rear and terraces to the front and rear at second floor level; and 2 no. three-storey duplex blocks (Units 5-8) each of which contains a 1-bedroom apartment at ground floor level and a 3 bedroom-unit at first and second floor levels.
