An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. The masonry bridge is a Protected Structure RPS No.:211 NIAH 20404204 as noted in the Clare County Development Plan 2017-2023 (as varied) Volume 4
