Cairn Homes Properties Limited intend to apply to An Bord Pleanála for planning permission for a strategic housing development at former the Blakes and Esmonde Motors sites, Lower Kilmacud Road, the Stillorgan Road (N11) and The Hill, Stillorgan Co.
