As part of the granted permission (Reg. Ref. D19A/0904) the 3-storey Pharmaceutical Building extension, subject to this application, comprised a floor area of approximately 17,000 sq.m and a height of approximately 19 metres. The proposed amendments and alterations to the building include: (i) An increase in the overall footprint and gross floor area of the building from c. 17,000sq.m to c. 17,685sq.m.
