The development consists of the Retention of an external flight, (2.2 metres wide), of stone steps, (consisting of 10 no. x ambulant steps), providing pedestrian access, located at the southern gable of the existing Apartment block. Retention is also sought of a second flight (1.8 metres wide) of external stone steps, which also provides pedestrian access to Thornhill Oaks.
