These works are located within an Architectural Conservation Area and there are a number of Protected Structures within the vicinity. An Archaeological Impact Assessment has been carried out on the projects in recognition of the National Monuments (amendment) Acts 1930-2014; Record of Monuments and Places (RMP) established under section 12 of the National Monuments (amendment) Act 1994; Architectural Heritage (national inventory) and Historic Monuments (miscellaneous provisions) Act 1999.
