The subject works are located within the Ennistymon Architectural Conservation Area and would materially affect the character of the area concerned. No works are proposed to any Protected structures. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed works
