Medium Voltage (MV) generators and associated switch room immediately adjacent to the existing Utility Block on-site, and the extension of the cable rack to the rear of the Utility Block Building; (iv) The removal of an existing internal site roundabout to the west of the PSF building and alterations to the site road alignment at this location. (v) The removal of an existing covered walkway located to the west of the approved ADL2 Pharmaceutical Building (Reg. Ref. D25A/0491) and the provision of a replacement, extended, covered walkway at this location. (vi) Relocation of the approved covered walkway (approved under Reg. Ref. D19A/0904) in the north-western corner of the site. This revised walkway is to be positioned to the east of the internal access road and adjoining a bank of approved car parking spaces. (vii) The provision of solar panels to the roof level of the approved ADL2 building (Reg. Ref. D25A/0491), and extension to the storm water attenuation tank west of the ADL2 building permitted under Reg. Ref. D25A/0491; (viii) Modifications to the permitted (Reg. Ref. D23A/0401) layout of the car park adjacent to the site entrance and north of the approved ADL2 building, so as to reposition the accessible parking bays. The modified car park at this location will reduce the total number of car parking spaces from 220 no. at this location to 216 no. (ix) The proposal also includes all ancillary associated site and infrastructural works including; landscaping, boundary treatments, the removal of a temporary cabin to the rear of the existing PSF building to facilitate the proposed extension, and all associated site development works necessary to facilitate the development. This application relates to development at a facility which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Licence (Reg. No. P0019-02) in accordance with the First Schedule of the EPA Act 1992 as amended.
