Planning Permission for the construction of 1) a single storey extension to the front/ side/ rear, 2) internal alterations throughout the ground floor with the removal of one bay window to the rear to be replaced with a sliding door, and increasing the size of the remaining 2 bay windows to the rear, 3) internal alterations to the first floor level to combine 2 bedrooms into one master bedroom with alterations to the dormer window layout removing one window and re-cladding the dormer in zinc roof finishes, with all associated site works.

The proposed development shall consist of: a new 2 storey rear & 1 storey side extension to provide kitchen, living rooms ground floor & 2 bedrooms 1st floor. Works include to alter & extend existing roof with 10 rooflights to front & sides, install of solar panels, demolition of existing side extension, widening of vehicular access and ancillary site works.
