The development consists of the change of use of the existing approved (F21A/0009) roof top garden terrace over kitchen to a new seated restaurant area with new mono pitched insulated and noise proofed roof over to match the existing profile of the existing roof line along with ancillary works associated with development.

For the retention and continuous use for the placing of tables and chairs ancillary to the existing restaurant on portion of the private forecourt car park of 37 sq.m to the front of the restaurant premises 1-3 The Green previously granted Temporary Planning Permission by Fingal County Council (F18A/0447) and confirmed on appeal by An Bord Pleanála (303067-18)

Retention permission is sought for extension and alteration to previously approved development (F19A/0487) to provide a 21.6 sq.m. ground/first floor extension to the previously approved kitchen area to the rear of the restaurant. The development is accessed internally from the main restaurant area and include a new stairwell and landing area at first floor level. The first floor extension with existing flat roof over and part new roof over is finished externally in fixed cladding panels. The development includes all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

Change of use of existing first floor level flat roof over kitchen to landscaped roof garden and smoking terrace (83.3 sq.m) with lobby and access door from existing first floor restaurant, works to include perimeter planting and all associated ancillary works to be carried out at rear of premises.

Permission for modifications sought to the previously approved kitchen extension permission granted (F19A/0487) to provide for revised car parking facilities to the rear - total number 15 spaces.
