PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for development at this site: 10 St. Lawrence Road, Clontarf Dublin 3, DO3 H678, a Protected Structure RPS nr. 7589. The development will consist of minor changes to the previously granted planning permission reg. ref. 3842/21 to include modifications to the rear extension and some changes to the internal layout to Protected Structure RPS 7589, with associated site works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed works for which planning is sought will include the following: demolition of an existing lean-to roof extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, internal alterations to existing ground and first floor levels, construction of new part -single-storey, part-two-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.
