The development will consist of an amendment to the permitted development granted under DCC Reg. Ref. 4157/21, which principally consisted of residential extensions to the existing dwelling. The proposed amendment comprises the construction of a single storey home office to the rear (north-east) of the existing dwelling (c. 8.5 sq m); and all associated works above and below ground.
