The development will consist of change of use of the existing two-storey over basement building from retail to Veterinary Clinic, internal alterations, new external signage and alterations to existing shopfront.

The development will consist of the construction of a new rear deck to the ground floor and a rear lower ground floor extension to an existing cafe.
