Niamh and Geoff Thom intend to apply for planning permission for revisions to previously approved Planning Application Reg Ref No. WEB1210/23 at 12 Greenlea Park, Terenure, Dublin 6W. The proposed revised works shall consist of a reduced footprint version of the previously approved application, omission of 1No. pitched roof and minor elevational changes. The combined floor area of the proposed revised works is 58.5qm.

The development will consist/consists of permission for amendments and alterations to previously permitted development under Reg. Ref.: Web 1436/21 at 10 Greenlea Park, Terenure, Dublin 6W. The development will consist of the construction of an extension over garage and to rear of the first floor level. Change to tiled pitched roof over existing flat roof to front of property. The conversion of attic to include dormer to rear. The application shall seek to revoke conditions 3(b) the half hipped roof element shall be set in 0.5 metres from the boundary with 12 Greenlea Park and 3(c) The extended half hipped roof shall be set down from the ridge of the existing dwelling. This application shall also include a new application for a garden room to the rear of property and to align the first floor rear facade with those at nos. 6 and 14 Greenlea Park.

The development will consist of widening of the existing vehicular entrance, the demolition of 12sqm existing kitchen extension and 11sqm existing sunroom, both to the rear, and construction of a new ground and first floor extension to the rear, to provide extended kitchen/living/dining area at ground floor and to allow reconfiguration and extension of bedrooms at first floor level. It is also proposed to convert the garage to habitable space - to construct a new bay window in lieu of the existing garage door - and to remove the existing dormer window at attic level. The combined floor area of the proposed works is 87sqm.
