Proposed demolition of existing front boundary wall together with the proposed construction of a new vehicular entrance to service existing dwelling house and all ancillary works.

Permission for the following works: A) Demolition of existing single storey shed to side of property and single storey extension to rear. B) Combination of a small two storey flat extension and single storey flat roof extension to side & rear of existing building C) Associated internal modifications and siteworks.
