Triple Rock Limited intend to apply for permission for development at this c. 0.25 Ha site at The Barn, Atmospheric Road, Dalkey, Dublin, A96 TN90. Works are also proposed on Atmospheric Road/the Metals along the extent of the site including the provision of a 225mm waste water sewer to connect to the existing 300 mm diameter combined sewer on Barnhill Road; and road surface upgrade works and road markings.
