Alterations to previously approved Reg. Ref. F20B/0232; alterations to the front and side facades, a first floor extension to the front and side amounting to 14sq.m., a rear ground floor extension amounting to 60sq.m., a rear first floor extension amounting to 19sq.m. and all associated site works. The proposed alterations consist of the conversion of existing attic including additional roof lights on the front (southeast) and side (northeast) elevation, and a dormer window to the rear (northwest) elevation of the dwelling.
