The development will consist of amendments to previously approved planning application Ref. F21A/0577 consisting of: (i) Demolition of the existing single-storey side extension; (ii) Construction of a new single-storey side extension; (iii) Widening of the existing vehicular access, as previously approved under planning permission Ref. F21A/0577; (iv) Alterations to existing elevations including new fenestration and roof works; (v) Landscaping and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.

Planning permission is sought for; (i) demolition of existing single storey side extension, (ii) the construction of a new single storey side extension, (iii) widening of existing vehicular access. To include all associated works to facilitate the development.
