We are applying for full planning permission for development. The development will consist of; alterations to site boundary between properties and alterations to site entrances of both properties and all associated site works.

Alterations and additions to previously granted permission Reg Ref: D22B/0498 to include a single storey extension to front with hipped roof profile in lieu of the existing bay window arrangements and alterations to the existing front door porch elevation.

1) External insulation to existing dwelling, 2) re-roofing of single storey extension to rear, 3) alterations to front, side and rear elevations. 4) conversion of existing garage to habitable space, and all associated site works.

Planning permission to construct new vehicular access including breaking out of the existing front boundary wall to widen the entrance, removing a tree, excavating a section of the grass verge to be replaced with concrete, dishing the curb, and installing a new permeable driveway.

Permission for development. The development will consist of: construction of a new single storey extension to the rear, conversion of the attic to habitable accommodation construction, construction of a new dormer to the rear, modifications to facades and internal layout and all associated ancillary, landscaping and site development works.

Planning Permission is sought for the construction of new dormer roof extension to rear, Velux roof windows to front together with internal alterations/ Renovations to previously constructed attic conversion.

Permission to construct new vehicular
