No. FW23A/0220, including, adjustments to plans & elevations, elongation of 1st floor dormer rooflight and relocation of fenestration along with change of pitched roof to single storey domestic garage to parapet with flat roof and all associated ancillary site works required.

Permisssion for single storey rear extension, to change existing hip roof to gable roof and for new dormer extension to rear and convert attic to store.

The development will consist of the reduction of front elevation glazing, addition of glazing to the side elevations, extension to the rear, and change of use off attic space to storage space with rear dormer style window at 1st floor level and construction of single storey 2 car domestic garage and all associated ancillary site works required.
