To RETAIN the following amendments to the previously granted plan P21/442. These are (i) Modified roof height of extension which matches height of existing house, (ii) The addition of a picture window in the extension gable, (iii) An open pergola in place of the previously granted garage extension, (iv) The raising of the rearmost section of the boundary wall to facilitate the pergola roof

To extend the curtilage of the site by inclusion of a section of the adjoining field
