The proposed development will consist of internal alterations to the existing first floor level, the construction of a single-storey extension at first floor to the side and front of the existing dwelling, along with new pedestrian off street access and reconfigured fenestration details to the side elevation at ground floor, all along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.

The development will consist of the widening of the existing vehicular entrance to the scout group site and the provision of a new vehicular entrance to No. 16 Brookvale Road and associated siteworks.
