PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed development shall provide for a new vehicular entrance; 1 car parking space; an electric vehicle charging point; and associated works including replacing concrete with pebbles to improve drainage; all within the front garden.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Works will include demolition of single storey rear extension and boiler shed, the erection of a single storey extension to the rear and side, with 3 no. rooflights, comprising living, kitchen and dining areas and utility room.
