The development will consist of the following works to the three storey dwelling; - Demolition of existing single storey extension and two storey return to rear elevation; - Construction of a new one/two storey extension to the rear with 4no roof-lights; - Front and rear elevational changes to include one new conservation roof-light to rear existing roof; - Refurbishment and internal amendment to the existing three storey dwelling on all levels; - All associated repair work, drainage, landscaping and site works.

The development will consist of the increase in width of existing pedestrian entrance to form a new 3.0 wide vehicular entrance associated car parking area and site works.
