Amendments to the development permitted under Reg. Ref. The subject elements for which Planning Permission is Sought are as follows: Provision of 243No Solar PV Panels, overall area525msq, to the warehouse roof only. Elevations Site plan & drainage layout remains the unaltered, and the building area remains as per previous planning applications

The Proposed development will consists of permission of installation of 3no. high level external building signages, one to the Northeast elevation, one to the Southeast and one to the Southwest elevation and all associated works.

Permission is also sought to demolish the existing building on site approximately 455sq.m. all on a site area of 2.28Ha, at Gordon Park, Old Naas Road, Kingswood, Dublin 22 bounded to the west by the Old Nass Road, to the south by the Silken Park development and is located in the townland of Brownsbarn.

Permission to install a standby industrial diesel generator and solar panels. The generator will include a bunded fuel tank and be located within a mesh enclosure.
