Permission for development. The development will consist of alterations to the permitted residential development under Reg. Ref. D16A/0465; ABP Ref. PL 06D.247267 comprising revisions to the wastewater and surface water drainage proposals. The revised drainage route is to the south of the site with the wastewater proposed to discharge to the existing system in Woodlands Avenue with the surface water to discharge to the existing system in the old Dublin Road.
