Permission is also sought for demolition of all existing buildings on site (excluding No.’s 1-3 Glenville Terrace), upgrading of footpaths, pedestrian crossings, foul and surface water drainage infrastructure, compensatory flood storage and flood mitigation measures, signage and all associated site and development works. The application contains a statement setting out how the proposal will be consistent with the objectives of the relevant development plan or local area plan.
