The development consists of the retention of a timber fence and enclosure to bin store constructed to the rear of the property, which is a protected structure. The perimeter timber fence is on the north/west boundary with the neighbouring property No. 20 Baggot Street Upper and on the north/east boundary with Eastmoreland Lane.
