The demolition of an existing non-original first floor dining room window to the east elevation and construction of a new painted hardwood oriel window (based on historic photos) with glazed, stained glass sash windows (to match existing) and painted metal finial guardrail to roof.

The development will consist of the renovation and extension of the existing 3-storey dwelling to include: (i) demolition of an existing non-original structures comprising side single-storey extension, rear two-storey extension and rear single storey storage room (ii) demolition of non-original chimneystack to rear (iii) construction of new part single-storey extension with flat roof terrace and part two-storey pitched roof extension to the rear comprising recreation room, gym and plant at ground floor, and kitchen, dining, pantry, storage and cloak room at first floor with new steps to the garden (iv) removal of non-original pebble dash render to sides and rear (v) opening up existing internally blocked up window to the south elevation at first floor (vi) modification of elevational treatments to the south elevation at ground floor (vii) provision of three new rooflights to the main house (viii) internal modifications (ix) provision of rooftop solar panels (x) hard landscaping works to the side and rear (xi) all associated ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development including SuDS drainage.
