Alterations and extensions to the existing single storey, three bedroom detached dwelling that will include: Demolition of the two garden sheds and other structures to the rear; Alterations and extensions to the existing single storey, three bedroom detached dwelling to create an extended six bedroom detached dwelling, that presents as being two storey to the front, and three storey to the rear that will be facilitated by the following works: internal alterations to the existing house; removal of the roof; and elevational changes to the front, side and rear of the existing house; an additional storey plus new pitched roof with hipped roof elements, above the existing house; a new two storey, and part three storey rear extension (at lower ground, ground and 1st floor level).
