The proposed development will consist of the following: Retention permission for as constructed revisions to previously approved games room under Reg. Ref. F08B/0535 to rear of existing property consisting of: a) Revised floor plan resulting in increase in GFA of previously approved games room from 31.31 m2 to 34.3 m2. b) Retention of revised pitched roof profile. c) Retention of associated elevational changes including revised fenestration and revised door location.
