The rear extension will consist of a kitchen / dining area, the corner of the proposed extension will be a utility room while the side of the extension will accommodate a downstairs wet room / wc, a home office and a bedroom. The front portion of the proposed extension will project to the front of the existing house to allow the access door to be positioned to the side away from the prevailing winds. The existing ground floor area is 52.94 sq.m. and the proposed wrap around extension will add 70.96 sq.m. Giving a total ground floor area of 123.90 sq.m. The first floor area will be unaltered at 49.59 sq.m. All ancillary site works associated with the above proposal.
