Proposed development consist of subdivision of existing rear gardens at 30 and 32 Oulton Road to reduce length by 37.8m. Demolition of existing garden wall between 30 and 32 Oulton Road within the sub-divided sections of these rear gardens. Change of use of the sub-divided sections of these rear gardens from residential to sports facility (tennis courts) Extension of existing tennis courts into the sub-divided sections of these rear gardens, extending to 920 m2. Construction of two additional tennis courts to be located in the extended area. The development will include new boundary walls and fencing to separate the gardens of 30 and 32 Oulton Road and the tennis club. Provision of new 3 m high metal fence to full perimeter of the extended area. Provision of 8 additional 10-meter-high flood lights and poles to serve the new courts, including all ancillary site works and landscaping. Provision of new ground surface treatment ('Savanah' tennis court surface) to the extended area.

Permission for alterations to a previously approved permission as follows: 1) the addition of a dormer structure to the rear roof (attic conversion), 2) the addition of a dormer structure to the side roof (attic stairs access), 3) the addition of a shed in the rear garden, 4) omission of the rear first floor corner window and replacement with rear facing window.
