PL29N.246430) as extended under reg. ref. 4105/15/x1. Permission is sought for revisions to permitted Block A to increase the height from 3-storeys to 5 storeys (four storey with fifth floor set back) over basement car park and associated internal and external elevational changes to Block A to now provide for 29 no. apartments (12 no. one beds, 13 no. two beds and 4 no. three beds) each with associated balcony/terrace in lieu of the permitted 16 no. apartments (2 no. one beds 12 no. 2 beds and 2 no. 3 bed apartment duplex units).
