The development will consist of new works as well as retention and completion of residential works as amendments and modifications of the permission as granted under Planning Ref. WEB1917/23, which in itself formed an amendment and modification of the permissions granted under Planning Ref. 5500/22 and Planning Ref. 3764/23 that will consist of: - Retention and completion of the reduction in the permitted ground floor extension by 2.2sqm and associated elevation and roof changes; - Retention and completion of the reduction in the permitted first floor extension by 11.9sqm; - Omission of brick finish and raised larch ribs to side gable; - Omission of bin store to the front of the property as granted under Planning Ref. WEB1917/23; and - Amendment to the permitted landscaping works to the rear.
The development will consist of amendments and modifications of the permissions as granted under Planning Ref. 5500/22 and Planning Ref. 3764/23 as follows: - New hipped roof above permitted two storey side extension; - Omission of 2 no. rooflights to hipped roof to side, and from the previously permitted flat roof two storey side extension; and - Amendment of colour of cladding finish within front elevation of permitted front and side extension.
The development will consist of amendments and modifications of condition no. 3 and the overall permission as granted under planning ref. 5500/22 as follows: New elevation treatment to the ground floor of the side elevation of the permitted extension; Reduction in the permitted length of the side extension by c.0.4m; New rear facing window within family bathroom at first floor level; Relocation of the rooflight above the single storey rear extension; Omission of the permitted first floor window serving the ensuite on the permitted rear extension; Narrowing of the existing vehicular entrance to 3m to the front of the property with new entrance pier to match existing.
