The proposed revisions will consist of the following: (i) Alterations to Block B comprising the subdivision of the previously permitted Management Suite to provide 1 no. residential hub (ancillary to the residential units) and a smaller management suite at ground floor level; (ii) to omit the previously approved 4 no. 3-bedroom apartment units at fourth floor level and replace with 6 no. 2 bedroom duplex apartment units and 2 no. 3-bedroom duplex apartment units over fourth floor and a proposed new fifth floor level with balconies to the east, west and north elevations (4 units will be omitted and replaced with 8 units, a net increase of 4). Please note that previously permitted units (numbers 49 and 50 on current proposal located to the southern end the 4th floor) of Block B are being retained.
