The proposed development increases the overall hotel from 9580sqm to 9670sqm (an overall net increase of 90sqm gross floor area) and the total number of hotel bedrooms will increase from 145no. to 161 no. 14 & 15 Ormond Quay Lower are Protected Structures (RPS Ref: 6062 and 6063).
