The development will consist of; 1) construction of a first-floor dormer structure and the addition of a rooflight to the side (east-facing) elevation, 2) alterations to the existing side (east-facing) entrance door including provision of a porch canopy and all associated site works.

Retention permission and planning permission is sought for 1) retention of enclosure and conversion of former first floor balcony to habitable space as part of master bedroom. 2) retention of increase in width of original driveway entrance to 3.5m. 3) permission for installation of electric sliding gate to front boundary and 4) permission for demolition of rear of existing garage/store and construction of a single-storey side and rear extension and all associated site works.
